Getting There

Car

If you are driving from the center of Chinteche, head south on the M5 road. Continue on the M5 for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Mayoka Village Lodge. The lodge is located along the shoreline of Lake Malawi, and you will see it on your right side just before you reach the area of Nkhata Bay.
Public Transportation

To reach Mayoka Village Lodge using public transport, you can take a minibus from the Chinteche bus station heading towards Nkhata Bay. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Mayoka Village Lodge stop. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, and the fare is usually around 500 MWK. From the drop-off point, the lodge is a short walk towards the lake.
Walking

If you are already in Chinteche and prefer to walk, head towards the lakefront. Keep the lake on your left and walk south along the shoreline. You will pass several local shops and small eateries. After about a 30-minute walk, you will reach Mayoka Village Lodge, which is situated right on the beach.
