From Kande Beach, head south on the M5 road towards Mzuzu. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will reach a junction at Ekwendeni. Take a left turn towards Ekwendeni town. Drive for about 5 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Chinungu Mountain, which will be a short distance from this junction. You can park your car at designated areas near the base of the mountain.
