If you are driving from Kande Beach to Kaphimbi Mountain Trails, head north on the main road (M5) towards Nkhata Bay. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Nkhata Bay and follow the road until you reach the coordinates C78M+C58. The trails are located just off the main road, and you can park your vehicle in the designated area nearby.

Public Transportation (Minibus)
From Kande Beach, you can take a minibus heading to Nkhata Bay. Minibuses frequently depart from Kande Beach and the fare is usually around MK 500 to MK 1000. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at Nkhata Bay, you can either walk or take a local taxi to the coordinates C78M+C58. Walking will take about 15 minutes, while a taxi ride will cost around MK 300.

If you decide to walk from Nkhata Bay to Kaphimbi Mountain Trails, exit the main minibus station and head towards the direction of the lake. Follow the path that leads you north along the lake shore for about 1.5 kilometers, then turn slightly inland toward the coordinates C78M+C58.
