Walking
If you're starting from the Central Market in Lilongwe, head east on Kamuzu Procession Road. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Mkwaju Road. Turn left onto Mkwaju Road and walk for approximately 500 meters. You will see a sign for Green Village on your right. Turn onto Mkwaju 4 Street, and By The River Side is located a short walk down this street on the left.
Bicycle
Starting from the City Centre, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Ride north on the main road, Kamuzu Procession Road, until you reach the intersection with Mkwaju Road. Turn left onto Mkwaju Road and cycle for about 500 meters. Look for Green Village on your right and turn onto Mkwaju 4 Street. By The River Side will be on your left after a short distance.
Public Transport (Minibus)
From the City Centre, take a minibus heading towards Area 25 or Area 18. Disembark at the Mkwaju Road stop. From there, walk east along Mkwaju Road for about 500 meters until you reach the entrance to Green Village. Turn onto Mkwaju 4 Street, and By The River Side will be located on your left.
