From the center of Lilongwe (e.g., Kamuzu Central Hospital), head northeast on the M1 road towards the Tsambango area. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the Tsambango area. Continue walking until you see the sign for Matchansi or the coordinates 2R64+C69, which is near the park.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from a local vendor in Lilongwe and head northeast towards Tsambango. Follow the M1 road for approximately 2 kilometers. Once you reach the Tsambango area, look for the coordinates 2R64+C69, which will lead you to Matchansi Park.

Public Transport (Minibus)
Take a minibus from the Lilongwe main bus depot heading towards Tsambango. The fare is usually minimal (around 200 MWK). Inform the conductor that you are going to Tsambango. Once you arrive at the nearest stop, disembark and walk approximately 500 meters to the coordinates 2R64+C69 to reach Matchansi.
