Walking
From the City Centre, head southeast on Nthula Street until you reach the junction with Kamuzu Procession Road. Turn left onto Kamuzu Procession Road and continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local vendors along the way. As you approach the Maula area, look for the signs indicating Area 6. Turn right onto Mzuzu Road and follow it for about 500 meters. Finally, turn left onto a smaller road leading into Area 6, and Tamalu Gardens will be on your right.
Bicycle
Starting in the City Centre, take Nthula Street heading southeast. Continue onto Kamuzu Procession Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, passing through local markets. When you reach the Maula area, turn right onto Mzuzu Road. After about 500 meters, make a left turn into Area 6. Keep an eye out for a smaller road on your right, which will lead directly to Tamalu Gardens.
Public Transport (Minibus)
From the City Centre, find a minibus heading to Maula. Board the minibus and inform the conductor that you want to go to Area 6. The journey will take about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Area 6, disembark at the nearest stop and ask locals for directions to Tamalu Gardens, which is a short walk from there.
