    From the center of Mangochi, head southeast on the main road (M5) towards the town of Senga. Walk approximately 5 kilometers along the M5, enjoying the local scenery. Once you reach the junction with the sign for Senga, continue straight for another 2 kilometers until you see signs for Mufrasa Beach. Turn left onto the dirt road that leads towards the beach, and follow the path down to the shore. The beach will be on your right.

  • Bicycle

    Start from the center of Mangochi and rent a bicycle if you don't have one. Ride southeast on the M5 road towards Senga. The journey is roughly 7 kilometers. After about 5 kilometers, look for the sign directing you to Senga, and continue straight for an additional 2 kilometers. When you see the dirt road leading to Mufrasa Beach, take that turn and cycle down until you reach the beach area.

  • Public Transport (Minibus)

    Head to the minibus station in Mangochi, where you can catch a minibus heading towards Senga. The fare is usually low, and the journey takes about 20-30 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Senga junction. From there, you will need to walk approximately 2 kilometers down the road towards the beach. Look for the dirt road on your left that leads to Mufrasa Beach and follow it down to the shore.
