From the center of Mangochi, head towards the Mangochi District Hospital. Once you reach the hospital, continue straight until you reach the junction at the main road, where you will see the signs for Masaka. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for about 2 kilometers. You will pass through local shops and markets. Keep an eye out for the signposts indicating the direction to Masaka. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will arrive at a small crossroads. Here, turn right and continue for another 1 kilometer. You will see a sign for Mwala wa Mphini on your left. Follow the path leading to the attraction.

Start at the central bus station in Mangochi and rent a bicycle if you don't have one. Head towards the main road leading to the Mangochi District Hospital. Once you reach the hospital, turn left onto the road towards Masaka. Cycle along this road for about 2 kilometers, passing local shops and the bustling market area. At the small crossroads after 2 kilometers, turn right. Continue for about 1 kilometer, and you should see the sign for Mwala wa Mphini on your left. Follow the path leading to the site. Make sure to wear a helmet and stay cautious of traffic.
