If you are driving to Mvuu Camp, start from the nearest major city, such as Mzuzu or Lilongwe. From Mzuzu, take the M1 road south towards Nkhotakota. Continue on the M1 until you reach the junction for Liwonde National Park. Follow the signs to the park entrance. Once inside Liwonde National Park, look for the signs directing you to Mvuu Camp, which is located within the park. The total driving distance is approximately 270 km from Mzuzu and may take around 4 to 5 hours depending on road conditions. Ensure you have a Malawi map or GPS device handy as mobile signal may be limited in some areas. Entrance fees to Liwonde National Park may apply.

To reach Mvuu Camp using public transport, first take a minibus from Mzuzu or Lilongwe to Liwonde town. Minibuses are frequent and you can catch one from the central bus stations in either city.
