From the center of Mulanje, head south on the M1 road towards the town of Phalombe. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the turnoff onto the M5 road towards Mulanje Mountain. Continue on the M5 for about 15 kilometers until you reach a sign for Likhubula. Turn left at the sign and follow the dirt road for about 3 kilometers until you arrive at the Likhubula forest gate. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for dirt roads, and be cautious of potholes.

From the Mulanje bus station, board a minibus heading towards Phalombe. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Likhubula. The fare is typically around 500 MWK. After about 20 minutes, disembark at the M5 junction where you will see signs for Likhubula.
