If you are driving, head towards the M5 road from your location in Southern Region. Follow the M5 towards Ntchisi. Once you reach the town, continue on the main road until you see signs for Ntchisi Rain Forest. The exact location is marked as M2FX+J4P on Google Maps, which is approximately 10 km from the town center. The road can be bumpy, so drive cautiously. There may be a small fee for parking at the rain forest entrance.
