If you're traveling by car from Kota Kinabalu, take the E1 highway (North) towards Sandakan. The journey will take approximately 5-6 hours, covering about 400 kilometers. Once in Sandakan, follow the signs to Sepilok. The Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve is located at approximately 15 km from Sandakan city center. You'll find the entrance on your right, just before reaching Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre.
