Walking
If you are in the central area of Cameron Highlands, start by heading towards Tanah Rata. Look for the main road leading out of the town. You can ask locals for directions to the bus station. At the bus station, take a bus heading to Ipoh. The journey will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Ipoh, you will want to get off at the Ipoh Bus Terminal. From there, head out of the terminal and walk towards Jalan Tun Sambanthan, which is about a 10-minute walk. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions. The Ipoh Tourist Information Centre will be on your right-hand side.

From Tanah Rata, walk to the nearest bus station, where you can catch a bus to Ipoh. This will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time. Once you arrive in Ipoh, get off at the Ipoh Bus Terminal. From there, exit the terminal and turn left onto Jalan Tun Sambanthan. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Ipoh Tourist Information Centre on your right.
