If you are staying in Brinchang, head towards the main street (Jalan Besar). Walk towards the direction of the Brinchang Night Market. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout near the Brinchang Police Station. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Cactus. Follow this road for approximately 1 km. Cactus Valley will be on your left-hand side, identifiable by its vibrant flowers and the entrance gate.

From Tanah Rata, walk to the bus station and take a bus heading to Brinchang. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Brinchang, disembark at the main bus stop. From here, walk towards Jalan Besar, then proceed to the roundabout near the Brinchang Police Station. Take the first exit onto Jalan Cactus and walk for about 1 km. Cactus Valley will be located on your left.
