If you're staying in Tanah Rata, start at the Tanah Rata bus station. Head towards the main road (Jalan Besar) and turn left. Walk for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the junction with Jalan Cameron Highlands. Follow the main road until you reach the Brinchang area, which is around 3 km from the junction. Once in Brinchang, you can ask locals for directions to Gunung Brinchang, as the path to Mossy Forest is marked. The trailhead is located near the entrance of a small parking area.
