Car
If you are travelling by car, start your journey from any major city in Central Region, such as Kuala Lumpur. Take the North-South Expressway (E1) heading north. After approximately 350 km, take the exit for the Sarawak region towards Miri. Continue driving until you reach the town of Mulu. The last leg of your journey will be on local roads, so be sure to have a GPS or a map handy. Upon reaching Mulu, look for signs directing you to Gunung Mulu National Park where the Pinnacles are located. Note that you may need to pay a park entrance fee, which is usually around RM30 per person.
Public Transportation
To reach the Pinnacles using public transportation, you should first travel to Miri by bus or flight from major cities like Kuala Lumpur or Kuching. From Miri, take a local bus or taxi to the town of Mulu. The bus ride takes about 4 hours, so ensure you check the schedule ahead of time.
