Follow signs for Pasir Mas, and merge onto Jalan Pasir Mas. After approximately 5 km, turn left onto D23 road. Wat Uttamaram will be on your right, just a short distance down the road. Parking is available near the temple.

To reach Wat Uttamaram using public transportation, take a bus from Kota Bharu to Pasir Mas. Buses usually depart from the Kota Bharu Bus Terminal and the journey takes approximately 1 hour, costing around RM 5 to RM 10. The taxi ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes and should cost around RM 10 to RM 15.
