If you are driving from East Malaysia, take a flight to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Once you arrive, rent a car from the airport. Follow the signs to the North-South Expressway (E2) towards Kuala Lumpur. After approximately 50 km, take the exit towards Jalan Tun Razak. Continue on Jalan Tun Razak and follow signs for the city center. As you approach the city, stay in the left lane to merge onto Jalan Raja. The Sultan Abdul Samad Building will be on your right at Jln Raja, Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Parking is available nearby, but expect fees ranging from RM5 to RM20 depending on the area.

Take a flight to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KUL). Once you arrive, use the KLIA Ekspres train to reach Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station, costing approximately RM55.
