If you are driving from Genting Highlands, take the Karak Highway (E8) heading towards Kuala Lumpur. The journey is approximately 50 kilometers and will take about 1-1.5 hours, depending on traffic. Once you reach the city, follow the signs for Jalan Raja Laut. DBKL Tower 1 is located at Menara DBKL, 1, Jalan Raja Laut. There is limited parking near the tower, so be prepared to pay for parking fees which can range from RM2 to RM5 per hour.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus from the Awana Bus Terminal in Genting Highlands. Buses such as the 690 or 711 will take you to Kuala Lumpur. The ticket costs approximately RM35. Upon arriving at the Pudu Sentral Bus Station in Kuala Lumpur, take the LRT from Pudu Station to Masjid Jamek Station (approximately RM2). From Masjid Jamek, transfer to the Monorail and travel to Bukit Bintang Station. Finally, you can either walk (around 15 minutes) or take a taxi to DBKL Tower 1 located at Menara DBKL, 1, Jalan Raja Laut.
