If you are driving, start from the main road in Genting Highlands. Take the road leading down the hill towards Kuala Lumpur. Follow signs for the Karak Highway (E8). After approximately 30 km, take the exit towards Putrajaya. Continue on the road until you reach IOI City Mall, where District 21 is located. Parking is available at the mall, and it typically costs around RM 3 for the first hour and RM 1 for each subsequent hour.

For public transportation, take a bus from Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. You can catch the bus at the Awana Bus Terminal. The fare is around RM 35, and the journey takes about an hour. Once you arrive at Pudu Sentral (the main bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur), transfer to a bus heading towards Putrajaya. Buses to Putrajaya are frequent and cost approximately RM 4. Alight at IOI City Mall, and you will find District 21 on Level 1 of the mall.
