From Genting Highlands, take the road down towards the Karak Highway (Route 68). Follow the signs for Kuala Lumpur. Once you reach the Karak Highway, stay on it for about 30 minutes. Look for the exit towards Kuala Lumpur (Route 1). Continue on Route 1 until you reach Jalan Latehan in Sentul. The Malayan Railway Building will be on your right. There is parking available nearby.

From Genting Highlands, you can take the Awana SkyWay cable car down to Awana Station. From there, board the bus heading to Kuala Lumpur. The bus will take you to various stops in the city. Request the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to Jalan Latehan. Once you get off, it's a short walk to the Malayan Railway Building, which is located at Jalan Latehan, Sentul.
