From Genting Highlands, start by getting onto the E8 highway (Genting Sempah) heading towards Kuala Lumpur. Follow the signs and merge onto the E1 highway towards Kuantan. Continue on the E1 for approximately 50 km before taking the exit toward Lanchang. Follow the signs to Lanchang and you will arrive at the National Elephant Sanctuary located at F1 kuater perhilitan orang asli che wong, 28500 Lanchang, Pahang. The total driving distance is around 70 km and will take approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

To reach the National Elephant Sanctuary using public transportation, start by taking a bus from Genting Highlands to Kuala Lumpur. Once you arrive at Pudu Sentral (the main bus terminal in Kuala Lumpur), transfer to a bus heading to Kuantan. After arriving in Kuantan, you will need to take a taxi or a ride-sharing service to the National Elephant Sanctuary, which is about 30 km away from Kuantan. It's advisable to check the bus schedules in advance and budget around RM 40-60 for the taxi fare from Kuantan to the sanctuary.
