Make sure to inform the bus driver that you need to be dropped off at the Kuala Kangsar Bus Station (Stesen Bas Kuala Kangsar).

Once you arrive at the Kuala Kangsar Bus Station, exit the station and head towards Jalan Kangsar. Turn right onto Jalan Kangsar and continue walking straight. You will pass by several local shops and eateries. After about 15 minutes of walking (approximately 1.2 kilometers), you will reach Istana Lama Bukit Chandan where Muzium Diraja is located. The museum will be on your left.
