Car
If you are driving, start from Kuah Town in Langkawi. Head north on Jalan Persiaran Putera towards Jalan Tanjung. Continue straight onto Jalan Padang Matsirat for about 10 km. Follow the signs to Pasir Tengkorak Beach. You will take a right onto Jalan Pasir Tengkorak, and after approximately 2 km, you will reach the beach entrance. There is parking available, but it may incur a small fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Pasir Tengkorak Beach using public transport, take a local bus (Bus No. 2 or 3) from Kuah Town to Pantai Cenang. The bus fare is around RM 3. Once you arrive at Pantai Cenang, you will need to hire a taxi or a Grab (a ride-hailing service) to take you to Pasir Tengkorak Beach, which is about a 15-minute drive away. Taxi fares may vary, so it's advisable to agree on a fare before starting the journey.
Bicycle
For the more adventurous travelers, you can rent a bicycle in Kuah Town and ride to Pasir Tengkorak Beach. The route is approximately 12 km. Follow the same directions as for driving by heading north on Jalan Persiaran Putera. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen, as the sun can be intense, and there are limited shaded areas along the way.
Motorbike
If you prefer to travel on a motorbike, you can rent one in Kuah Town. The journey to Pasir Tengkorak Beach follows the same route as driving a car. It is a scenic ride with less traffic, and you can park close to the beach. Rental costs for a motorbike typically range from RM 30 to RM 50 per day.
