Car
If you're driving from Alor Setar, head south on Jalan Kuala Kedah towards Jalan Langgar. Merge onto the North-South Expressway (E1) and continue until you reach the exit for Jalan Pantai Kok. Follow the signs for Pantai Kok, which is approximately a 30-minute drive from the highway exit. Parking is available at the beach.
Public Transportation
From Alor Setar, take a bus to Kuah Town in Langkawi. Buses frequently depart from the bus terminal. Once in Kuah, you can take a taxi or a ride-sharing service to Pantai Kok, which is around 25 minutes away by car. Ensure you have some Malaysian Ringgit for the taxi fare, which may vary depending on the time of day.
Taxi/Ride-Sharing
If you're already in Kuah Town, simply hail a taxi or book a ride through a ride-sharing app like Grab. Input 'Pantai Kok' as your destination. The fare should range from RM 15 to RM 25, depending on traffic and time of day. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the beach.
