If you're driving, start your journey from Kota Bharu, the capital of Kelantan. Head west on Jalan Kuala Krai until you reach the junction for the East-West Highway (Lebuhraya Timur-Barat). Merge onto the East-West Highway and continue to follow the signs for Jeli. After approximately 80 kilometers, take the exit towards Jeli. Once in Jeli, follow the signs for Gunung Reng, which is located near Jeli Town. The total driving time is about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic.

To reach Gunung Reng via public transport, take a bus from Kota Bharu to Jeli. Buses depart regularly from the Kota Bharu Bus Terminal, and the journey takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. Once you arrive at Jeli, you can take a taxi or local ride-sharing service to reach Gunung Reng, which is about 15 kilometers away from the town center. Expect to pay around RM20-30 for the taxi ride.
