If you are driving from Kota Bharu, take Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra (Route 3) heading east. Continue on Route 3 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction at Kampung Bakar Kapor. Turn left onto Jalan Pantai Mek Mas and follow the road until you reach the beach. Parking is available near the beach entrance.

From Kota Bharu, you can take a bus to Tumpat. Look for a bus heading towards Tumpat at the main bus terminal (Terminal Bas Kota Bharu). The fare is approximately RM4.
