Car

If you're traveling by car from Kelantan to Taman Negara, start by heading southwest on Route 4 towards Kuala Krai. After approximately 70 km, take the exit toward Route 8. Continue on Route 8 for around 85 km until you reach the town of Jerantut, Pahang. Taman Negara is located about 30 km from Jerantut. Follow the signs to Kuala Tahan, where the entrance to Taman Negara is located. Be prepared for a small toll fee on certain routes, which can vary but will generally be around RM 1-3.

Bus

For travelers using public transportation, take a bus from Kota Bharu to Jerantut. Buses are available from the Kota Bharu bus terminal, and the journey will take approximately 3-4 hours. Ensure to check the schedule in advance, as services may vary. Upon reaching Jerantut, take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to Kuala Tahan, which is about a 30-minute drive. Expect to pay around RM 30-40 for the taxi fare.

Train

You can also take a train from Kota Bharu to Jerantut. Board a train at the nearest station, and the journey may take around 4-5 hours. Once you arrive in Jerantut, you will need to take a taxi to Kuala Tahan, which is approximately 30 km away. Taxi fares should be around RM 30-40. Boat
