Car

If you're driving from Kota Bharu in Kelantan, take the E8 highway heading south. After approximately 130 km, take the exit for Jerantut. Follow the signs towards Taman Negara, which is around 40 km from Jerantut. The road will lead you to the entrance of Taman Negara, located in Pahang. Make sure to have cash for any tolls along the highway.
Bus

From Kota Bharu, you can take a bus to Jerantut. Buses depart from the Kota Bharu bus terminal. The journey takes about 3-4 hours, and tickets typically cost around RM 30. Once you arrive in Jerantut, you can take a local taxi to the Taman Negara entrance, which is approximately 40 km away. Taxi fares may vary, so be sure to negotiate or agree on a price beforehand.
Minivan

Another option is to take a minivan from Kota Bharu to Jerantut. These are available at the Kota Bharu bus terminal and offer a faster alternative to the bus. The fare is usually around RM 40, and the travel time is approximately 2.5-3 hours. Upon reaching Jerantut, you will still need to get a taxi to Taman Negara, which will cost about RM 60.
Train

While there is no direct train to Taman Negara, you can take a train from Kota Bharu to Kuala Lipis, which is the nearest train station. The journey takes about 4-5 hours, costing around RM 25. From Kuala Lipis, you will need to take a taxi or local bus to Jerantut, and then another taxi from Jerantut to Taman Negara.
