Continue on the Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan (E1) until you reach the Putrajaya exit. Follow the signs for Putrajaya and merge onto Persiaran Persekutuan. Stay on this road, and you'll see Putra Mosque on your left. There is parking available near the mosque, but be prepared to pay for parking, usually around RM2-3 per hour.

Take the KTM Komuter train from any station in Klang Valley towards the Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station. Alight at the nearest bus stop to Putra Mosque, and it will be a short walk from there.
