If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Central Market (Pasar Besar Kota Bharu), exit the market and head south on Jalan Kebun Sultan. Continue walking straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and eateries. Dataran Cheng Ho will be on your right-hand side, just before you reach the intersection with Jalan Maju.

Starting from the Bank Islam Kota Bharu branch, head east on Jalan Ismail towards Jalan Kebun Sultan. Turn left onto Jalan Kebun Sultan and continue walking for about 500 meters. Dataran Cheng Ho will be on your left, right after you pass the intersection with Jalan Maju.

Take a local bus heading towards Jalan Kebun Sultan. You can board the bus at any major bus stop in Kota Bharu. Once on the bus, inform the driver that you wish to get off at Dataran Cheng Ho. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the landmark, and from there, it's just a short walk to the entrance.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop near the Kota Bharu Central Market. From there, head south on Jalan Kebun Sultan. The ride to Dataran Cheng Ho is approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local attractions along the way, making it a pleasant ride. Dataran Cheng Ho will be on your right as you approach the intersection with Jalan Maju.
