If you are in the city center of Kota Bharu, start at the Kota Bharu Mall. From the mall, head east on Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Continue walking straight until you reach the traffic light at the intersection with Jalan Merbau. Cross the street at the traffic light and turn left onto Jalan Merbau. Continue walking for about 500 meters. KB Castle Inn will be on your right at Pt 226, Jalan Merbau.

From the Kota Bharu Bus Terminal, take any bus that heads towards Jalan Merbau. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off near KB Castle Inn. The bus will drop you off at a stop close to the intersection of Jalan Merbau and Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. From there, walk along Jalan Merbau for about 200 meters, and you will find KB Castle Inn on your right at Pt 226, Jalan Merbau.
