Turn left onto Jalan Padang Perdana and continue walking straight. After approximately 500 meters, you will see the Kelantan Public Library on your right. The library is situated at the address Jalan Padang Perdana, Bandar Kota Bharu, 15572 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
