If you are near any LRT station, take the LRT train heading towards the KL Sentral station. The Kuala Lumpur Railway Station is a short walk from KL Sentral. Once you arrive at KL Sentral, exit the station and head towards the main exit. From there, walk straight down Jalan Tun Sambanthan until you reach the junction with Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin. Turn right onto Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, and you will see the Kuala Lumpur Railway Station on your left.

Board the Monorail at any station and travel towards the Bukit Bintang station. Once you arrive at Bukit Bintang, exit the station and walk to Jalan Bukit Bintang to catch a taxi or Grab to the Kuala Lumpur Railway Station. You can also walk to the nearest LRT station (Bukit Bintang LRT Station) and take the LRT to KL Sentral, then follow the previous instructions to reach the railway station.
