If you're starting from Bukit Bintang MRT Station, exit the station and head towards Jalan Bukit Bintang. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Pudu. Continue on Jalan Bukit Bintang for about 5 minutes. You'll see the Pavilion KL mall on your right. The Crystal Fountain is located right at the entrance of the mall, making it easy to spot.
