If you are in the heart of Bukit Bintang, the easiest way to reach Victoria Fountain is to walk. Start from the popular shopping area of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Exit Pavilion and head towards Jalan Bukit Bintang. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ismail. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Continue walking straight along Jalan Sultan Ismail until you reach the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) area. As you walk, you will see signs directing you to KLCC. The Victoria Fountain is located in the vicinity of the KLCC Park, right in front of the Petronas Towers. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 kilometers, and it should take around 20-25 minutes.

LRT (Light Rail Transit)
From Bukit Bintang, you can take the LRT for a quicker option. Head to the Bukit Bintang LRT Station, which is on the Bukit Bintang monorail line. Purchase a ticket to the KLCC Station (approximately MYR 2.00). Board the train heading towards the Titiwangsa Station. After one stop, disembark at the KLCC Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs leading to the KLCC Park. The Victoria Fountain is located just outside the Petronas Towers, and from the KLCC Station, it will take you about 5-10 minutes to walk there.
