If you are starting from Kuching Waterfront, walk towards Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Padang. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Jalan Chan Chin Ann. Turn left onto Jalan Chan Chin Ann, and you will find the Cat Monument at number 2 on your right.
