From Jonker Street, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the end of Jonker Street near the junction with Jalan Hang Jebat. Take Bus No. 17 or 17A heading towards Ayer Keroh. The bus will take you directly to the Ayer Keroh area. Once you get off at the Ayer Keroh bus stop, walk towards M29, which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs for Zoo Melaka, as the Tunnel is located near the zoo entrance.

If you are near the Malacca River, head towards the nearest bus terminal and take a bus to Ayer Keroh as mentioned above. Alternatively, if you are in the vicinity of Ayer Keroh, you can walk to the Zoo Melaka Tunnel from Ayer Keroh. From the Ayer Keroh bus stop, head towards Jalan Ayer Keroh and continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of Zoo Melaka. The tunnel is located right next to the zoo.
