If you are starting from Jonker Street, head south toward Jalan Hang Jebat. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Laksamana. Turn left onto Jalan Laksamana and keep walking until you see the Malacca River on your right. Cross the river using the nearby bridge and proceed to Jalan Banda Hilir. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Jalan Merdeka. At this point, you should see the historical sites around you. The Ruined Wall near Middelburgh Bastion is located at Banda Hilir, which is a short walk from here.

If you are starting from A Famosa Fort, exit the fort and head east along Jalan Parameswara. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Banda Hilir. Turn left onto Jalan Banda Hilir. Walk for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Middelburgh Bastion on your right side. The Ruined Wall is adjacent to this landmark, so keep an eye out for the signs leading to the historical site.
