Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Jonker Street area, start by heading northeast on Jalan Hang Jebat. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock. Turn left onto Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Lock and walk until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kota. Here, turn right onto Jalan Kota. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, and you will see the Church of Saint Paul on your left, situated on a hill overlooking the Malacca Strait.

    If you are near the Malacca River, navigate towards the Malacca River Walk. Walk along the riverbank until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kampung Pantai. Turn left onto Jalan Kampung Pantai and continue straight until you see a sign for the Church of Saint Paul. Follow the signs uphill; the church is located at the top of the hill.

    From A Famosa Fort, exit the fort area and head east on Jalan Kota. Walk straight for approximately 200 meters. Once you reach the main road junction, turn left onto Jalan Kota and continue walking. The Church of Saint Paul will be visible on your right as you approach the hill.
