Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Miri city center, start at the Miri Plaza. From there, head south on Jalan Pelita. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Pujut-Lutong. Turn right onto Jalan Pujut-Lutong and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see a sign for the Piasau Nature Reserve on your left. Follow the path leading into the reserve, which will take you directly to the Ranger Station.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Miri Central Bus Station, take the bus heading towards Lutong. Inform the bus driver that you are heading to Piasau Nature Reserve. The bus will drop you near the entrance of the reserve. Once you get off, walk towards the reserve entrance, which will lead you to the Ranger Station.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Miri. Start at the Miri Waterfront and head north along Jalan Taman Selera. After about 2 kilometers, turn left onto Jalan Pujut-Lutong. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see the entrance to Piasau Nature Reserve on your right. Park your bicycle at the designated area and walk to the Ranger Station.
