Once you reach Kuala Lumpur, take the exit towards Jalan Duta. Continue on Jalan Duta and follow the signs for Jalan Kuching. After passing through Jalan Kuching, turn onto Jalan Parlimen, which will lead you towards the vicinity of Tugu Negara. Look for signs indicating Pesiaran Sultan Salahuddin, where Plaza Tugu Negara is located. There is parking available near the plaza, but be prepared for potential parking fees ranging from RM2 to RM5 per hour.

For public transportation, you can take a bus from various locations in the Northern Region to Kuala Lumpur. Look for buses that head towards Pudu Sentral or KL Sentral. Once you arrive at KL Sentral, transfer to the GoKL City Bus (free service) and take the 'Green Line' towards Titiwangsa. Get off at the Titiwangsa Station, then walk approximately 15 minutes to Plaza Tugu Negara through Jalan Titiwangsa and Pesiaran Sultan Salahuddin.
