From the Northern Region, head south on the North-South Expressway (E1). Take the exit towards Jalan Duta and merge onto Jalan Duta. Continue on Jalan Duta until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kuching. Turn left onto Jalan Kuching and continue straight. After crossing the river, keep right to merge onto Jalan Tun Razak. Continue on Jalan Tun Razak until you reach the intersection with Jalan Raja. Turn right onto Jalan Raja, and you will find the Sultan Abdul Samad Building on your left.
