If you are in George Town, you can easily walk to Cheah Kongsi Temple. Start at the intersection of Lebuh Pantai and Lebuh Armenian. Head east on Lebuh Armenian for about 250 meters. You will see the Cheah Kongsi Temple on your left at 8, Lbh Armenian. The temple is a beautiful heritage building that is worth the visit.

Take the Rapid Penang bus number 101 or 102 from any major bus terminal in George Town. Ask the driver to drop you off at the 'Lebuh Armenian' stop. From there, it's a short walk of about 100 meters back towards the west on Lebuh Armenian. The Cheah Kongsi Temple will be on your right at number 8.
