Once you arrive at the Kuala Besut bus station, head to the Kuala Besut Jetty, which is about a 10-minute walk. From there, purchase a speedboat ticket to Perhentian Island. The boat ride will take about 30 minutes. It's advisable to check the boat schedule in advance as the service may vary depending on the weather conditions.
