If you are driving, start your journey from Kangar, the capital city of Perlis. Take Jalan Perlis heading north and follow the signs to Kaki Bukit. Continue on this road for approximately 26 kilometers. As you approach Kaki Bukit, keep an eye out for signs directing you to Kelam Cave. Turn onto Jalan Kaki Bukit and follow it until you reach the entrance of the cave. Parking is available near the entrance, and there is usually no fee.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Kangar to Kaki Bukit. Look for buses heading towards 'Kaki Bukit' or 'Padang Besar' at the Kangar bus terminal. The bus fare is around RM 5 - RM 10, and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive at Kaki Bukit, you may need to take a taxi or a local ride-sharing service to reach the entrance of Kelam Cave, which is about 5 kilometers away. The taxi fare should not exceed RM 10.
