Car
If you are driving, start from Kangar, the capital of Perlis. Head south on Jalan Persiaran Wawasan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Utama. Turn right onto Jalan Utama and follow the signs toward Sungai Batu Pahat. After approximately 8km, you will see signs indicating the direction to Trail Pintu Wang Gunung. Follow the signs until you reach the parking area near the trailhead. Make sure to check for parking fees, which can vary by day.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take a bus from Kangar to the nearest bus stop at Sungai Batu Pahat. Buses frequently depart from the Kangar bus terminal. Once you arrive at Sungai Batu Pahat, you may need to hire a taxi to reach the trailhead, as it's about 3km from the bus stop. Taxi fares can range from RM10 to RM15. Always confirm the fare before starting your ride.
Walking
If you are staying nearby and prefer to walk, from the Sungai Batu Pahat area, head towards the trailhead on foot. It’s a scenic route that takes about 30-40 minutes. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring enough water for the journey.
