The ASEAN Sculpture Garden is located within the garden, specifically at Pesiaran Sultan Salahhudin, 50480 Kuala Lumpur. Keep in mind that parking is available at the Botanical Garden, but it may incur a fee of around RM 2-4 depending on the duration of your stay.
