To reach Bukit Singa from Kuala Terengganu by car, start by heading south on Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin (Federal Route 3) towards the coastal road. Continue to follow the signs towards Marang. After approximately 30 minutes, take a left turn onto the road leading to Marang Jetty. There are road signs indicating the way to the jetty. Upon arriving at Marang Jetty, you can park your car in the designated parking area. The parking fee is usually around RM5 per day. From the jetty, you will need to take a boat to Pulau Kapas, which takes about 15-20 minutes. The boat fare is approximately RM30 for a return trip. Once you arrive at Pulau Kapas, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Bukit Singa, which is located on the north side of the island.

If you prefer to use public transportation, start your journey at Kuala Terengganu's main bus terminal. Take a bus to Marang, which runs frequently and costs around RM5-10. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Marang, you can either take a taxi to Marang Jetty or walk (approximately 20-30 minutes). At the jetty, you will need to purchase a boat ticket to Pulau Kapas for approximately RM30 for a return trip. Once on the island, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Bukit Singa, located on the north side of Pulau Kapas.
