Car
If you are driving, start from Kuala Terengganu. Take Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin (Federal Route 3) heading south towards Kemaman. Continue on this road for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for the sign for Kampung Kelulut and take the exit onto Jalan Kelulut. Follow the signs to Kelulut Beach, which is about 5 kilometers from the main road. There is no parking fee at the beach.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a bus from Kuala Terengganu to Kemaman. Buses run regularly from the main bus terminal (Terminal Bas Kuala Terengganu) to Kemaman, and the fare is approximately RM 10. Once you arrive at Kemaman, you can take a taxi or ride-hailing service to Kelulut Beach. The taxi fare from Kemaman to Kelulut Beach will be around RM 20 to RM 30.
